This is a smoked Portuguese sausage that is their version of a Kielbasa. White pepper and Garlic with a pork base similar to Kielbasa but with paprika added to give it a whole new flavor. These are very common in Portugal, Brazil and New England (specifically Cape Cod, due to the Portuguese fisherman)

A very versatile sausage that goes really well with eggs in the morning and is the sausage most commonly found in a Lobster Boil, so goes very very well with seafood.
