The Mayor is a restaurant in the Carytown district of Richmond, VA. Founded by Culinary Institute of America-trained Chef and Butcher Kyle Morse, our menu highlights locally sourced meats, house-made bread, and seasonal produce from regional farmers.
Beyond the kitchen, The Mayor is a full-service butcher shop, offering premium cuts, charcuterie, and sausages, all cut, cured, and um, stuffed in-house.

The Mayor started as a small batch sausage company using sustainably sourced meats. With chef-driven seasonal recipes and classic butchery techniques, we create craft sausages ranging from traditional styles to unique flavors.
